When preparing to say good-bye to your faithful companion, you should not have to worry about confusion and overwhelming options. Here we highlight the services we offer to make the difficult decisions easier and help you through this transitionary period of your life.
With private cremation, we guarantee that your pet is the only animal in cremation chamber and we return the remains to you and your family.
When you select communal cremation, your pet is cremated in the cremation chamber with other animals. Your pet's remains are not returned to you and instead are spread in a designated area.
We are proud to announce Valley Central Veterinary Referral and Emergency Center as a partner of Lehigh Valley Animal Crematory Services! In cases where your pet has passed outside of our regular business hours and you are unable to store your pet in your home, you now have the option to bring your pet to Valley Central, who are open 24/7 every day of the year. Please contact our office if you have any questions.

For an additional fee, we can retrieve pets from your veterinary facility or your personal home and return the cremated remains to you within 24-48 hours of cremation.
Please reach us at (610) 838-3200 or info@lehighvalleyanimalcrematory.com if you have any questions. We are happy to help!
You will receive your pet's remains within 24-48 hours of the time of cremation.
For private cremations, your pet is cremated individually and their ashes are returned in an urn with his/her name laser engraved on it, along with any other information you would like on the urn. We also provide pick-up and drop-off transportation services for veterinary facilities as requested.
We accept all forms of payment including cash, check and all major credit cards.
We can still help! We are open for a portion of the day seven days a week. However, if your pet passes during non-business hours, we would not recommend waiting until we return to the office. If your pet has passed away at home, we would first advise you to wrap your pet in a towel or blanket and place them in a cool place within your home.
If you are unable to keep your pet in your care outside of our regular business hours, you may consider taking your pet to a 24-hour emergency veterinary practice. We partner with Valley Central in Whitehall, PA.
If your pet has encountered another animal and you think they suffered a bite from another animal, whether domestic or wild/feral, you are required to take the pet to your regular veterinarian or an emergency veterinary clinic to ensure that any necessary testing for rabies can be performed prior to arranging for cremation services.
