Say good-bye to the nameplates of the past! Nameplates peel and fall off of the urns of beloved pets with a few months or years. We use our on-site laser engraver to personalize every urn that we return to your clinic. This customization has improved longevity over nameplates and above all, spares our clients the indignity of a peeling reminder of the time they have spent without their furry friend.

We provide pick-up of your deceased patients from your facility according to your practice's scheduling needs and will return their cremated remains to your facility in 7 days or less.  All private cremations are returned to your practice in a laser-engraved wooden urn. For large pets, we can retrieve them same day. Please allow for 1-4 hours for response time.

Communal (group) cremation is offered as an option for you and your clients. We have a strong relationship with a local farmer who allows us to scatter cremated remains in his fields. Here, your patients are tilled into the earth, where the passing of your patients breathes new life into the soil, and honors the circle of life.

We partner with a local medical waste provider to transport and dispose of your medical waste. Because of this partnership, transportation of pets and medical waste is never co-mingled. Please contact us if you are interested. We would be happy to answer any questions you may have!

We will provide your practice with freezer space and cadaver bags complementary to our partnership. 

Since the loss of beloved pets does not adhere to a 9-5, neither do we. We provide 24/7 service to you and your clients if needed. Any after-hours services will incur an additional fee. 

If you or your clients would like more decorative urn options than our laser-engraved urns, please visit our friends at Terrybear or Forever Pets. You will find a variety of options that will suit any grieving pet parent. 

Everyone processes grief differently, and some pet parents want to be there as their beloved pet gets cremated. We have an on-site viewing area for these pet parents and for an additional fee, they are welcome to remain in this viewing area while we cremate their furry family member.

For every pet that we cremate, we know that there is a family grieving the loss of a member of their family. Regardless of selecting communal or private cremation, every client will be given a certificate of cremation and a memorial poem to remember their beloved pet by.
